Article 1: Organisation
The company CLV Tut Tut (hereinafter referred to as «the Organiser») is organising a free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled «Tirage au Lot Mensuel de Satisfaction Tut Tut» (hereinafter referred to as «the Competition»), in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these rules.
Article 2: Duration of the Game
The Contest is tacitly renewed each month (hereinafter referred to as the «Monthly Period») from the date these rules go online, until the Organiser decides otherwise.
- Beginning of each Monthly Period : 24th of the month.
- End of each Monthly Period : On the 23rd of the following month, at 11.59pm.
Article 3: Conditions of Participation
3.1 Eligibility
Participation in the Game is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France who are active user of the Tut Tut application (having made at least one delivery).
3.2 Terms and conditions of participation
Participation in the prize draw is exclusively reserved for users of the application who respond in full to the satisfaction survey sent monthly by e-mail by the Organiser.
- Each month, a random group of Tut Tut users will receive an e-mail from the Organiser.
- This e-mail contains a unique link to the monthly satisfaction survey.
- To take part in the prize draw, users must click on the link and submit a full reply to the survey during the current Monthly Period.
- Only one participation per user per month is allowed (one complete survey response).
Any entry that is incomplete, illegible or made outside the Monthly Period will be deemed invalid.
Article 4: Prize
Each Monthly Period, a single winner will be drawn at random.
- Prize at stake : A Gift Card worth Twenty Euros (€20), valid at a store or platform chosen by the Organiser (e.g. Amazon, Fnac, supermarket chain, etc.).
The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for its monetary value or any other prize. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent nature and value in the event of unavailability, without any claim being made in this respect.
Article 5: Designation of the Winner
5.1. Drawing lots
The draw is carried out electronically and at random. within 7 working days following the end of each Monthly Period, from the list of all users who have completed the survey during the Monthly Period in question.
5.2. Announcement and delivery of the Prize
- The winner will be contacted by e-mail to the address used to receive the survey.
- The winner will 7 working days from the date this e-mail is sent to confirm their identity and accept their prize by replying to the e-mail.
- If the winner does not come forward within this period, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize. The Organiser will then proceed with a new draw to designate an alternate winner.
- The prize will be sent by e-mail (for the dematerialised gift card) within a maximum period of 30 days after confirmation of the winner.
Article 6: Protection of Personal Data
The information collected via the survey and participation in the competition is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Tut Tut's privacy policy. The data collected will be used solely for the organisation of the competition, the selection of the winner and the dispatch of the prize.
Article 7: Amendments to the Rules
The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, without prior notice and without liability. Any modification will be notified on the Tut Tut website.
