Fill in your documents (Bank details, proof of identity).
Your profile will be validated under 48 hours maximum

Then complete your profile by adding a vehicle, hours of availability and a delivery area.

Co-transportation is still a very new concept, and there are many questions involved.

Can't find the right answer?

Is auto-entrepreneur status necessary?

You can make deliveries without having auto-entrepreneur or company status.
Any private individual can sign up and deliver at their convenience.

What type of parcel will I be delivering?

Delivery requests can come from a Tut Tut partner shop or from private individuals via the Tut Tut application. You can therefore deliver groceries, DIY items, sports equipment, flowers, chocolates, wine, multimedia, furniture, etc.

Please note that you will only receive delivery offers that correspond to the means of transport you are using and the delivery zone you have indicated.

So you won't be notified of the delivery of a fridge in Marseille if you're riding a motorbike in Bordeaux!

The items to be delivered will be indicated in the details of the journey before you agree to book it.

What means of transport can I use to co-transport?

This depends on the type of delivery you have selected.
Whether you travel by bike, motorbike or car, you can optimise your journeys by choosing missions that are close to home and/or compatible with your daily commute.

How is the fare determined?

The fare is automatically calculated according to the following criteria:

distance (between collection point and delivery address)
the size of the parcel(s)

Each journey is compensated for between 60 and 70% of the value of the delivery.

When will I receive my money?

With Tut Tut, your kitty is updated as soon as your delivery is validated.

As soon as you wish to transfer all or part of the contents of your kitty, simply make the request on the application.

Payment into your bank account then takes between 2 and 5 days, depending on your bank.
